HeartWired™ Leaders Program
A cohort-based journey for mission-driven leaders to design belonging-centered systems and ethically integrate AI—so care scales and people thrive.
What is HeartWired™?
HeartWired™ is a systems-level methodology and learning journey to rehumanize engagement, integrate ethical AI, and build brave cultures across modalities—on campus and beyond.
Built for impact
Designed from two decades of leadership and research, the program blends narrative, metrics, and applied practice.
Three tiers
Foundations (Leader) → Fellowship (Builder) → Certification (Architect / train-the-trainer).
Dual-credential pathway
Earn the HeartWired™ Leader Certificate, with an integrated prep path for AI fundamentals.
Foundations — 6 Weeks
Leader-level cohort: ethics, modality-integrated engagement, and human-AI collaboration you can apply immediately.
Week 1–2: Ethos & Design
Belonging as a design challenge, trauma-aware practice, and values-aligned decisioning.
Week 3–4: Modality & Systems
Cross-modal journey mapping, The Invisible 10™, and rhythm design for teams.
Week 5–6: Human-AI Collaboration
Policy, prompts, guardrails, and one pilot workflow you’ll run after graduation.
Outcomes: HeartWired™ Leader Certificate • Pilot plan & metrics • Access to the HeartWired Network.
Fellowship — 6 Weeks
Builder-level studio: peer learning, design sprints, and coached implementation.
Design Sprints
Translate Foundations into a live pilot (e.g., comms triage, onboarding hub, decision memos).
Coaching & Review
Small-group critique, risk review, and measurement planning.
Showcase
Share your build, outcomes, and iteration plan with the cohort and invited partners.
Certification — 2–4 Weeks
Architect-level, train-the-trainer pathway to facilitate HeartWired™ work on your campus or inside your org.
