HeartWired™ Leaders — Foundations
Spring 2026 • The Founder Year
The flagship leadership program of The Leadership Alchemist™. A 6-week cohort experience designed for mission-driven leaders seeking to reduce structural friction, protect their soul, and lead with AI-augmented clarity. Includes Microsoft AI-900 exam prep and the Peacenomics™ toolkit.
What Is HeartWired™?
HeartWired™ is the systems integrator for the human soul — a leadership methodology forged through two decades of research, leadership, and lived practice. It is designed to rehumanize engagement, integrate ethical AI, and build cultures of belonging across every modality. This isn’t just professional development. It’s leadership alchemy.
✨ Strategic by Design
Every element is intentionally built for impact — blending soul, systems, and technology into a leadership experience that shifts not just individuals, but the structures they lead.
⚡ The HeartWired™ Leaders Pathway
Your journey begins with Level I: Foundations (Builders). From there, leaders grow into Level II: Applied Practice (Designers) and Level III: Mastery (Architects) — expanding their capacity to design belonging at scale.
🎓 Credential & AI Readiness
Participants graduate with the HeartWired™ Leaders Certificate and a supported pathway toward the Microsoft AI-900: Azure AI Fundamentals exam. Through guided study tools, applied exercises, and cohort support, you’ll leave prepared to pursue the credential with confidence — on your own timeline.
The Foundations Experience
This is where leaders become Builders. Over six weeks, you will align your leadership to soul, redesign systems that support human thriving, and begin harnessing AI ethically to protect time for the work that truly matters.
Weeks 1–2 • Ethos & Design
Belonging as a design principle. Trauma-aware leadership. Decisions rooted in values, not velocity.
Weeks 3–4 • Modality & Systems
Cross-modal journey mapping. The Invisible 10™. Rhythm design for teams that thrive, not just survive.
Weeks 5–6 • Human–AI Collaboration
Responsible AI guardrails. Ethical workflow design. Build and test one AI-enabled solution you can use immediately with your team.
