Wired for Belonging™ LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides programs, services, and experiences designed to support soul-aligned leadership and belonging. By accessing our site or engaging our offerings, you agree to the terms below.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

    By using this site or purchasing/participating in any offering, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

  2. Services & Scope

    Our work includes—but is not limited to—events, workshops, cohorts, speaking, coaching, consulting, and digital resources offered by Wired for Belonging™ LLC (including HeartWired™ programs).

  3. Registration, Payment & Access

    Fees are due at registration or as stated in a service agreement. Access details (e.g., Zoom links, replays) are delivered to the email provided at checkout. Please double-check your email for accuracy.

  4. Cancellations, Transfers & Refunds

    All purchases are generally non-refundable. Transfers or credits may be available in special circumstances. For full details, see our Return & Refund Policy.

  5. Digital Products & Replays

    Unless otherwise noted, digital resources and recordings are non-refundable once delivered. Replays, when offered, are typically available for a limited time and for registered participants only.

  6. Client Responsibilities

    Your participation shapes outcomes. You agree to engage respectfully, honor confidentiality in group settings, and comply with applicable laws, policies, and institutional guidelines.

  7. No Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice

    Our content is for educational and professional development purposes. We do not provide medical, legal, mental-health, or financial advice. Please consult licensed professionals for those services.

  8. Intellectual Property

    All content, frameworks, and materials (including HeartWired™, SoulCPR™, SoulFlow™, and related tools) are protected. You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose them without written permission. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted for registered participants.

  9. Privacy & Data

    We respect your privacy. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect, why, and your choices. We do not sell personal information.

  10. Use of AI & Third-Party Tools

    We may use AI-powered and other third-party tools to facilitate learning and operations. We do not intentionally input your confidential information without purpose and, where appropriate, consent. If you prefer we avoid AI in work related to your content, contact us at the@drdannyg.com.

  11. Accessibility & Inclusion

    We strive to make offerings accessible (e.g., captions when available) and to foster respectful, inclusive spaces. Please share accessibility needs in advance so we can do our best to accommodate.

  12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

    Offerings are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service.

    We may update offerings, schedules, or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
