Return and Refund Policy

Wired for Belonging™ LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) creates programs, services, and experiences designed for meaningful, soul-aligned impact. We aim to treat clients and participants with fairness and clarity while protecting the integrity of our work.

  1. General Policy

    All registrations, program enrollments, and service agreements are non-refundable once purchase or contract is complete, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.

    In many cases, services may be transferable — for example, coaching sessions can often be rescheduled, or event seats transferred to another person with at least 48 hours’ advance notice. Please email the@drdannyg.com to request changes.

  2. Cancellations by Us

    If we must cancel an event, service, or engagement due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to apply your investment toward a future program.

    If we reschedule, your registration or service will automatically transfer to the new date. If you are unable to attend or participate, please notify us within 72 hours of the reschedule notice to request a refund or credit.

  3. Digital Products & Replays

    Unless otherwise noted, all digital resources and recordings are non-refundable once delivered.

    For live events, replays are available for 7 days. Access details will be shared after the session.

  4. Special Circumstances

    We recognize that emergencies and unexpected challenges occur. If something prevents your participation, please contact the@drdannyg.com.

    While refunds are not guaranteed, we will work with you in good faith to offer a fair solution — such as rescheduling, transferring your registration, or applying your balance toward a future HeartWired™ experience or other Wired for Belonging™ programs and services.

  5. Protecting Integrity & Access

    These policies are designed to balance business sustainability with human kindness. By engaging with our work, you help us create experiences that are accessible, affordable, and repeatable — while also respecting the preparation, time, and energy invested in each program, service, or event.

    No-shows: If you do not attend a program or service and do not notify us in advance, we are unable to offer a refund.

    Chargebacks: If a dispute or chargeback is initiated, we will first attempt to resolve the matter directly in line with this policy.
