2026 Anniversary Session | Rooted in Four Soul Elements + One Spirit™

SoulCPR

The Alchemy of Breath

Still Breathing. Still Becoming.

One hour. One breath back. A year later, we pause again.

One year after the first SoulCPR™ gathering, we return to the breath.

The spark fades. The pace quickens. The work keeps asking.

When you spend so much of your life caring, leading, responding, and carrying, your own need for breath can become the easiest thing to postpone.

This is not another session about becoming more productive. It is a chance to notice what the past year has required of you, reconnect with what is sustaining you, and consider what you may no longer need to carry into the year ahead.

SoulCPR™ is your invitation to stop postponing the pause.

We are still breathing. We are still becoming.
Perhaps it is time for our next breath back.

Inside the Experience

What We Will Do Together

SoulCPR™ creates one focused hour to notice what the work has been asking of you and what you may need in return.

01

Notice What Is Asking for Breath

Identify what is still sparking your energy, what has become a drain, and what may sit somewhere in between. Listen for what your mind, body, and spirit have been trying to tell you.

02

Create Space to Choose

Use guided breath and reflection to interrupt the pace long enough to create space between constant response and intentional choice.

03

Write Your Personal SoulRx™

Name one breath, boundary, practice, or permission that can help you move into the next season with greater clarity and care.

Beyond the Hour

What You Will Carry Forward

The goal is not to solve our entire lives in 60 minutes. Believe me, I wish I could for you and me both, but we will still leave with something honest, usable, and ours to help carry us forward lighter and freer.

  • A personal SoulRx™ for the season ahead
  • Leadership Alchemist’s Lab Notes to guide your reflection
  • A practical breath and reflection practice you can return to
  • Greater clarity about what is sparking, draining, or sustaining you
  • Language for discussing capacity and recovery with your team
  • Permission to carry something differently

Who This Is For

You May Need This Breath If...

You care deeply about the people and purposes behind your work, but your own capacity keeps moving to the bottom of the list.

Student Affairs and Higher Education Professionals

You remain committed to students and your institution, but you are feeling the weight of constant giving, responding, and adapting.

Educators, Administrators, and Systems Leaders

You lead with heart and responsibility, but the pace has left too little room to hear yourself think, feel, or choose.

Helpers and Other Big-Hearted Humans

You are often the person others turn to, and you are ready to receive some oxygen back without guilt or forced disclosure.

FROM THE FIRST SOULCPR™ GATHERING

What Participants Carried Forward

“Please have another one. I need to use what I learn right now.”

Participant, inaugural SoulCPR™ session

“Lighter.” Participant reflection
“Reflective.” Participant reflection

Participants connected the breathing practices to real pressures, including competing demands, difficult decisions, workplace urgency, and the boundaries needed to respond with greater intention and care. Bring yourself and the rest and the pause we create together.

Meet Your Guide

Danny Glassmann, Ph.D., is The Leadership Alchemist™ and founder of Wired for Belonging™ LLC.

Drawing on more than two decades of higher education and student affairs leadership, Danny helps leaders create more human, sustainable, and belonging-rich ways of working.

His work brings together leadership, organizational well-being, belonging, and thoughtful uses of technology. He understands both the meaning that draws people into mission-driven work and the systems that can steadily drain the people doing it.

SoulCPR™ grew from a simple but urgent conviction: the people who hold so much for others also deserve room to breathe.
